In a party environment I will paint up to 10 children per hour and will take bookings based on the amount of children attending the party.  If some children do not want to be painted, then I can fill the remainder of the time either doing touch-up, painting arms - whatever time will allow.
I will only use paints which comply to all relevant  FDA regulations and are water-based.  I also only use cosmetic grade glitters.
