These rainbow cakes are created where each of the colors blend flawlessly with each other, making light work of a normally super time-consuming design.

These can be applied with a 1 inch flat brush, an angle brush or one of our fantabulous face paint sponges.

UV SPECIAL EFFECTS PAINT –
This fluorescent / neon / UV makeup has the best coverage for your skin and glows beautifully bright under blacklight.
Since the FDA hasn’t tested pigments used on these neon/uv paints, they are labeled as a Special FX product, not a cosmetic. Manufacturers claim they have done their own testing and have determined that the products are safe to be used on the skin, but labeling must follow FDA regulations so they can’t be labeled as cosmetics.
